Welcome to Beaches Car Wash. By accessing our website, visiting our facility, or purchasing our services and membership plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://beachescarwash.com/, purchasing single washes or services, or enrolling in any membership plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Description of Wash Services & Membership Plans

• Single Washes and Services: We offer various exterior washes, interior and exterior washes, express detail services, and extra services designed to clean, protect, and maintain your vehicle.
• Membership Plans: Unlimited or tiered monthly and annual wash packages allow members to wash a registered vehicle a specified number of times or unlimited times per month, subject to normal operating hours and weather/maintenance conditions.

3. Membership Pricing, Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Pricing & Payment: All membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By enrolling, you authorize Beaches Car Wash (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your debit or credit card on file on your billing anniversary date.
• Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew each month or year until you cancel. You will continue to be billed at the then-current rate until your membership is successfully terminated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation, Upgrade & Downgrade Rules

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations can be processed online through your account portal or by contacting our customer support team. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated billing adjustments where applicable), while downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

• Single Washes and Services: If you are not satisfied with your single wash or service, please notify a manager on-site immediately before leaving the property so we can re-wash your vehicle or touch up any areas you feel were missed. Refunds for single washes and services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Membership Plans: Membership charges are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused days or months following a cancellation request.

6. Vehicle Specificity & Transferability

Vehicle Association:

Each membership is tied exclusively to individual, specific vehicles identified by license plate and/or vehicle details provided at the time of enrollment.
• Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be shared, transferred between multiple vehicles, or transferred to another person. Unauthorized sharing or use across multiple vehicles may result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.

7. License Plate Recognition (LPR) Requirements

• LPR Technology: Beaches Car Wash utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras to streamline member entry and verify active memberships.
• Member Responsibilities: You agree to maintain accurate license plate information on file. If you obtain a new license plate, temporary tag, or a new vehicle, you must notify us immediately or update your account details prior to your next visit to ensure uninterrupted gate access.

8. Car Wash Rules, Vehicle Restrictions & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and equipment, all patrons must adhere to the following rules:

• Vehicle Restrictions: Certain vehicles may be restricted due to size, custom modifications, after-market accessories, low ground clearance, dual rear wheels, or pre-existing damage (e.g., cracked windshields, loose trim, rusted body panels). Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe to process through the wash tunnel.
• Customer Responsibilities: Prior to entering the wash, drivers must:
  • Clean out truck beds (no debris or loose items)
  • Close all windows, doors, sun/moon roofs, and convertible tops
  • Fold in side mirrors
  • Lower or remove antennas
  • Remove trailer hitches and fragile accessories
  • Turn off automated safety features (put in car wash mode)
  • Turn off windshield wipers
  • Put the vehicle in neutral (do not steer, brake, or accelerate while in the tunnel).
  • Remain inside your vehicle
• Liability for Pre-Existing Damage: Beaches Car Wash is not responsible for damage or loss involving:
  • Aftermarket, non-factory-installed, or recalled parts
  • Antennas (power or fixed) and side mirrors
  • Damage due to customer driver error or negligence
  • Damage due to automated vehicle safety features
  • Items left inside the vehicle
  • Oversized, modified, or non-standard vehicles
  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, or loose/broken parts
  • Vehicle emblems, badging, or molding
  • Vehicles older than 10 years
  • Windshield wipers (front or rear)

9. Service Interruptions (Weather, Maintenance & Force Majeure)

• Operational Availability: Wash operations may be temporarily suspended due to inclement weather (e.g., freezing temperatures, severe storms, lightning), power outages, or scheduled/emergency maintenance.
• No Refunds for Downtime: Temporary closures do not warrant refunds, credits, or fee prorations for members.

10. Rate & Plan Changes

• Modifications: Beaches Car Wash reserves the right to modify membership pricing, package features, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Notice of Changes: We will provide advance notice of any material price increases or significant policy changes via email address or phone number associated with your account and/or by posting notices at our wash location and website. Continued use of your membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Communication & Marketing Consent

By providing your email address, phone number, and contact details, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding your account, billing, and membership status. You may also receive promotional marketing emails, SMS text alerts, and special offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or replying “STOP” to our text messages.

12. Limitation of Liability, Warranty, Indemnification & Governing Law

• Limitation of Liability: Beaches Car Wash, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our wash services or website.
• Warranty Disclaimer: Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beaches Car Wash from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our facilities.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
