Brian Martin, Owner
Brian is a graduate of Northern Vermont University with a degree in communications and video production. During his career, he has been a news anchor and reporter, a guest services director for several hotel chains, an asset manager for a property management group, and has led real estate sales and marketing teams in both Georgia and Florida. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Brian’s dedication to quality and passion for superior customer service continues at this local landmark.
David Johnson, Owner
David is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in business administration. During his career, he has led national sales and marketing teams in the healthcare and technology arenas and has launched two successful companies.
Being a long-time Jacksonville resident and a frequent customer of Beaches Car Wash, David continues to ensure every customer enjoys an experience customized to their specific needs and leaves with a spotless vehicle.
Matthew Ambrosio,
Operations Manager
Matthew has worked in the car wash industry since 2011 and is known for his people‑first leadership. He’s passionate about coaching and developing future leaders, and he takes pride in creating a welcoming, family‑like experience for every customer. Building relationships and delivering consistent, friendly service are at the core of his approach. He’s committed to growing, learning, and contributing to a team and industry he truly enjoys.
Outside of work, Matthew loves sports, fishing, traveling, hiking, and exploring great food. A proud Dallas Cowboys fan, he’s also a devoted father to Gabriel, Bellamy, and Aleera. One of his favorite memories is coaching his son’s youth football team to a championship.

Allen Lesage, Manager
Allen is a Florida native and a graduate of St. Johns River State College. After completing his education, he proudly served in the United States Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and service.
Allen has built his experience in the car wash industry since 2024, developing a passion for operational excellence and creating an exceptional customer experience. He is currently attending the University of North Florida, pursuing a degree in Business and Finance to further expand his knowledge and expertise.
Dedicated to both professional growth and the local community, Allen brings a hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to superior customer service to the car wash industry. Ensuring every customer drives away satisfied.
Mikey Harris, Assistant Manager
Mikey was born and raised in Ocala, moving to Jacksonville in 2006. He joined the Beaches Car Wash team in 2018 and worked his way up from Attendant to Assistant Supervisor to Assistant Manager. His eye for detail ensures each vehicle is spotless and every customer has a positive experience.
Dennis Avery, Supervisor
Dennis was born in Germany and grew up on a navy base. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2003 and began working for Beaches Car Wash in 2004. Since then, Dennis has worked his way up to a supervisor role, managing the vacuum and tunnel preparation areas. He and his team ensure every vehicle gets prepped correctly before we send it through the tunnel.
Rick Howland, Supervisor
Rick was born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. He enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. After joining the Beaches Car Wash team in 2024, he worked his way up from Attendant to Supervisor. His organizational skills ensure each vehicle sparkles and every customer enjoys their experience.

Matthew Pope, Manager
Matthew has been an enormous asset to Beaches Car Wash since 1994. His leadership and dedication to quality customer service delights his customers. His smile and positive attitude keeps them coming back. Through Matthew’s perseverance, he ensures every member of the team focuses on the individual needs of each customer and delivers a spotless vehicle.
Thamulus Steward, Assistant Manager
Stew has been a member of the Beaches Car Wash team since 2003, starting as an attendant and working his way up to Express Detail Supervisor. He is meticulous and ensures each vehicle he cleans looks its best.
